Fire first

No gas in the building. Everything you eat here touched flame — oak and wattle, lit at noon, read by hand all night. The menu is five lines because the fire decides, not us. We started in a backyard in Brixton with one grid and too many opinions. The grid got bigger. The opinions stayed.
